Updating a 45-year old hair brand can be risky. You can alienate your current customers while you’re trying to attract newer customers. With only 35+ salons the budget wasn’t really as big as our ambitions. I led this complete campaign producing everything entirely in-house for only a fraction of what it could have cost. It covered all touch points including the salon design. RESULT: BUBBLES Re-branding scores a +7.8% increase in Guest Referrals: After this re-branding the Guest Referral Score increased to 80.3% in the next quarter (December 2019).
